Refer a studio to MyStdio, earn $30 in account credit
MyStdio's referral program pays $10/month for 3 months in account credit for every studio you refer, and your invitee gets a 30-day Pro trial. Here's how it works and how to find your referral link.
If you already use MyStdio and know another studio that's stitching together five tools for client review, quotes, and invoicing, you can earn account credit for pointing them our way.
How it works
- You refer a studio. Share your unique referral link (find it under Studio → Referral in the sidebar once you're signed in) or have them enter your referral code at signup.
- They get a 30-day Pro trial. Full access to custom domains, 1TB storage, 4K playback, and priority support, no credit card required to start.
- You earn $10/month for 3 months. Once they become a paying subscriber, you get $10/month in account credit for their first 3 months, up to $30 total per referral, applied automatically to your own invoice.
Where to find your referral link
Every MyStdio account (Free or Pro) has a Referral page under Studio in the sidebar. It shows your unique referral code, a shareable link, your payout method (account credit or PayPal cash), and a running list of studios you've referred with their status.
Who counts as a referral
Any new studio that signs up using your link or referral code before creating their account. The 30-day Pro trial and your commission both depend on them subscribing to Pro after the trial, so referrals who stay on the Free tier don't generate a payout, they just get the extended trial to decide.
Studios in agencies, coworking spaces, and local video production Facebook groups tend to see the most referrals. If you already recommend tools to peers, this is the same conversation with a payout attached.
