This Cookie Policy explains how MyStdio, a product of Zyon Entertainment Pty Ltd (ABN 24 640 498 997, 383 Pitt Street, Sydney NSW 2000, Australia) ("MyStdio," "we," "us," or "our") uses cookies and similar technologies when you visit our website and use our client portal. It describes what cookies are, why we use them, the choices you have, and how you can change or withdraw your consent at any time.
What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files that are stored on your device (computer, tablet, or mobile) when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work more efficiently, provide a better user experience, and give website owners useful information.
We also use similar technologies such as local storage (localStorage) and session storage (sessionStorage) to store information on your device. In this policy, we refer to all these technologies as "cookies."
Where This Applies
- The cookie banner appears on our marketing sites, mystdio.com and review.mystdio.com.
- Pages you share with your clients, such as review, download, watch, embed, showcase, pay, and quote links a studio sends you, carry no MyStdio analytics or advertising tracking.
- A choice you make on mystdio.com also applies on studio portals at *.mystdio.com.
- If you are signed in to the app, you are not shown the banner. Marketing and Functional cookies stay off unless you turn them on in Settings; a choice made earlier on this device, or saved to your account from another device, also applies (if they differ, the stricter one applies as soon as your account's choice has loaded). Analytics follows the regional default described below.
- Choices you make while signed in (in Settings or the cookie preferences), or on this device just before you create your account, are saved to your account to remember your choice across your devices. A saved choice is used and kept for up to 12 months, and deleted with your account.
- You can change your choice at any time using the "Cookie Settings" link in our footer, or in Settings if you are signed in to the app.
- We keep your consent record for 12 months from your choice, then ask you again.
Types of Cookies We Use
We group cookies into four categories: Necessary (Essential), Functional, Analytics, and Marketing. Necessary cookies are always active because the platform cannot function without them. Marketing cookies are never set, and the Meta Pixel never loads, until you affirmatively opt in to that category through our cookie banner or the Cookie Settings described below (Google's tags may still send cookieless measurement signals under Google Consent Mode, without storing any marketing cookie); Analytics follows the regional default described below (on by default outside the EU/EEA, UK, and Switzerland, off by default inside them). You can change or withdraw your consent for any category at any time, and doing so takes effect immediately going forward.
Necessary (Essential) Cookies
These cookies are necessary for the website to function and cannot be switched off. They are usually set in response to actions you take, such as logging in, posting a comment on a shared review link, or setting your privacy preferences.

Analytics Cookies
These cookies help us understand how visitors interact with our platform by collecting and reporting information, so we can improve our services. Google Analytics follows a regional default (matching common industry practice): outside the EU/EEA, UK, and Switzerland, its analytics storage is ON by default until you make a choice; inside the EU/EEA, UK, and Switzerland, it is OFF by default until you affirmatively opt in. Our own first-party analytics (Umami and the visitor identifiers below) run only after you opt in to Analytics, everywhere, and withdrawing Analytics removes those identifiers.

Meta Pixel and joint controller responsibility. When the Meta Pixel is active (after you opt in to Marketing cookies), we share certain event data with Meta (such as page views and, where applicable, sign-up completions), including through the Meta Conversions API, a server-side channel that mirrors pixel events. For the collection and initial processing of this shared event data, MyStdio and Meta act as joint controllers, as described in Meta's Business Tools Terms and Controller Addendum. Meta's own use of this data for its own purposes (for example, to improve its advertising products) is governed by Meta's Privacy Policy, and Meta acts as an independent controller for that further use.
Third-Party Services
Our platform integrates with the following third-party services that may set their own cookies or otherwise process data on our behalf.
- Video hosting and content delivery (Bunny Stream, by Bunny.net). Bunny Stream, our video hosting and content-delivery provider, may set cookies for video functionality and performance optimization when a video player loads.
- Security verification (Cloudflare Turnstile). Cloudflare Turnstile, our bot-protection provider, sets cookies to distinguish humans from automated traffic.
- Google - Analytics (Google Analytics) and advertising (Google Ads) services, where enabled. Sets various cookies for measurement and advertising, subject to your Analytics and Marketing consent choices. Google Cookie Policy

Error and crash diagnostics. We run a self-hosted, first-party error-monitoring tool (GlitchTip/Sentry-compatible) on our own European Union (Germany) infrastructure to detect and diagnose technical faults. It is not a third-party service, sets no advertising or tracking cookies, and stores nothing on your device for tracking. Error reports are scrubbed of personal data before storage and are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in the security and stability of the platform, so they are not conditioned on your cookie choices.

Using Our Cookie Settings
You can manage your cookie preferences at any time by clicking the button below or through the "Cookie Settings" link in our website footer (or in Settings if you are signed in to the app). When you withdraw consent for a category, we stop setting new cookies for that category and clear the cookies we previously set for it from your browser.

- Block third-party cookies
- Block cookies from specific sites
- Block all cookies

Do Not Track Signals
Some browsers include a "Do Not Track" (DNT) feature that signals to websites that you do not want to be tracked. Our platform uses Google's Consent Mode v2 framework, which provides granular consent controls for Google's own services. We recommend using our Cookie Settings to manage your preferences, since this gives you direct, granular control over each category described above, rather than relying on DNT signals.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy indicates when it was last revised. If we make material changes, we may request your consent again through our cookie consent banner.
